Six tips for taking hot spring bath
1. One should not bath hot spring immediately when he/she come to the pool after long distance traveling.
2. Use warm hot spring to warm one’s body from foot to head, especially important in winter, to avoid head dizzy caused by blood pressure’s decreasing suddenly.
3. Immerse half of one’s body in the spring for 3-5 minutes, if he/she intends to soak himself/herself fully in the spring, in case of causing encephalemia.
4. The time for hot spring bath should be decided by the temperature of the water; if one’s heart beating gets twice faster than normal, one should take a rest for at least 5 minutes.
5. One should drink more water before taking hot spring bath, but avoid drinking coffee or strong tea, for improving the effect of hot spring bath.
6. If one takes sulfur hot spring, then he/she should clean his/her face and the sulfur minerals left on the body with fresh water.
