Wheatshaft Weave

It is a general name of daily appliances an ornaments woven with wheatshaft. The daily appliances include grass hat, plate, cushion, etc . First the wheat shafts are woven into plaits, and the plaits are chained together. So it is habitually called "grass hat plait." All the wheat-producing area in the north of China have this product. The other type of wheatshaft weave is used for enjoyment.
