| When you arrival in Beijing, the English tour guide will pick you up from airport. Then transfer to your hotel. After lunch, visit the largest city center square in the world---Tian’anmen Square, then we will visit the famous Forbidden City. Taste the Peking Roast duck in the dinner and enjoying Peking Opera in the evening. Return to hotel. |

| Morning excursion to the Great Wall. After lunch we will visit to Summer Palace. Transfer to your hotel. |

Beijing / Xi'an |
| We will visit the Temple of Heaven in the morning. After lunch, the English tour guide will transfer you to airport.Take a domestic flight to Xi'an ,Meet the guide at the airport and then transfer to hotel |

| City tour to Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses at burial site of the First Emperor of Qin Dynasty, Huaqing Hot Spring, Banpo Neolithic Village Museum and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. |
| Day 5 |
Xi'an/Chengdu |
| Morning tour to the Old City Wall and Provincial Historical Museum. Depart for Chengdu by afternoon flight. tour if time permits. |
| Day 6 |
Chengdu/Jiuzhaigou |

Fly to the 3rd highest altitude airport in the world - Jiuhuang Airport in Jiuzhaigou. You will be transferred to the hotel, have a rest and adjust yourself to the higher altitude, which is about 3,000 meters above sea-level. |
| Day 7 |
Jiuzhaigou |
| Jiuzhaigou, located in Sichuan Province, is an integration of multi-layer waterfalls, green lakes, snow mountains and forests with Tibetan culture and customs. It was listed in the World Natural Heritage in 1992. The clear and colorful water, multi-shaped mountains, the green and golden trees constitute the unique beauty of it. |
| Day 8 |
Jiuzhaigou/Dujiang yan dam |
| Leaving the marvelous Jiuzhaigou in the morning, and proceed to Dujiang Yan Dam - during the Warring States Period in 256 BC, the governor of the Shu Prefecture Li Bing led the people to build the large water conservancy works to control flooding on the Chengdu plains. Today, 2,250 years later, the work still plays a significant role in agriculture on the Chengdu plains. |

Dujiang yan dam/MT.Le shan/MT.E’mei |
| In the morning we proceed to Leshan, where the Leshan giant Buddha is located. It is carved out of a solid rock on the cliff of Qixia Peak of Mt. Linyuan, looking down on the junction of three rivers. Continue your journey to Mt. E'mei by bus. In ancient times Mt. E'mei has been described as "Beauty Under Heaven". Temples were built as early as the Eastern Han Dynasty and Buddhism was introduced to the mountain during the Jin Dynasty. In the Ming, Qing Dynasties there were more than 150 temples. |

MT.E’mei |
| Visit the Mt. E'mei scenic area. There are 2300 kinds of animals and 3200 kinds of plants in the mountain. The main tourist attractions are Golden Peak, Wuan Nin Temple and Baoguo Temple. |
| Day 11 |
MT.E’mei/Cheng Du |

We are returning to Chengdu in the morning. Visit Dufu Thatched Cottage, the former residence of Dufu, one of the most famous poets in Tang Dynasty. Tonight, enjoy Sichuan medicinal herbs dinner and Sichuan Opera. |

Chengdu / Lhasa |
| Fly to Lhasa by morning flight. Upon arrival, tour guide will meet and transfer to hotel. Rest day at leisure to acclimatize altitude. |

Lhasa |
| Potala Palace ( former living quarters of Dalai Lama ), Jokhang Temple ( Tibet holiest shrine ) and Barkhor Bazaar. |
| Day 14 |

| Norbulingka ( the Summer Palace of Dalai Lama ), Sera Monastery ( where lamas are trained ) and Drepung Monastery. |

| Transfer to airport for departure Lhasa to Shanghai by morning flight. |
